The Heartful Yog Sadhana is a 7-day program in one of our pristine secluded Heartfulness Yoga centre in India where you will experience the real essence of Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga through the practice of asana, pranayama, heartfulness meditation, chanting and studying of the Yoga Sutras.

Try this one week dive into your yoga practice and add Yogic Transmission and all the practices of Heartfulness. Find a space to take your yoga practice to a new level, going beyond pratyahara and into meditation and samadhi.

Prerequisites: This course is specially designed for regular yoga practitioners (Asana/Pranayama) or already professionals who are looking for a some quality 'me' time to intensify their practice under guidance, and deepen their understanding of Yoga.

Location: CREST Heartfulness Retreat Center in Bangalore, immersed in nature, is the perfect place as it offers a quiet and secluded environment. Just what you need to rejuvenate!

    Sattvik vegetarian Indian food. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco are not allowed in the retreat center.

About Yog Sadhana

How to bring essence to your Yoga practice ?

As Yoga Lovers we can at times lose the connection with what inspired us in the first place, the spark that used to fuel our yoga practice with enthusiasm and joy. If you are new to Heartfulness, you will add the last limbs of Patanjali's  Ashtanga Yoga to your personal practice with Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.

Sometimes we need to pause and bring clarity to our commitment, we need to feel the support of a like minded community to rejuvenate ourself with a new energy and a shared vision, in order to transform our yoga practice into a real Yoga Sadhana where we can go deeper into the discovery of our own essence.

The Heartful Yog Sadhana is a 7 day residential course dedicated to Yoga and Meditation Lovers to experience the 8 limbs of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga of Sage Patanjali through the lens of Heartfulness practices. 

This deep experience of what Yoga really is will infuse enthusiasm, joy and inspiration in all participants. 

The course is located in a special environment, away from the tumult of daily life, where the nature and the spiritually charged atmosphere combine to nourish all the aspects of your being.

Through the practice of asana, pranayama, Heartfulness meditation along with the study and chanting of the Yoga Sutras, this course will give you time to experience, reflect and imbibe the yoga practices and philosophy as a whole and  connect you to the essence of Yoga.


Lead Trainer

Amar Srividya

Amar Srividya’s passion for yoga led him to explore different styles of yoga: in Hatha Yoga E-RYT500 hrs, Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore) and Prenatal Yoga and Pranayama course from the Bihar School of Yoga. He completed his Master of Yogic Science. Amar has been training people of different age groups in India and abroad. Prior to this, Amar has six years of work experience in the Human Resource Departments in the corporate sector.

Lead Trainer

Marion Marceau

Prior to being a yoga teacher, Marion had a strong experience as an educator in France and abroad. Her love for Indian culture pushed her to settle down in India for many years where she learned Heartfulness meditation under the guidance of her Master and expanded her knowledge and experience in the realm of Yoga. Marion has been certified as a yoga teacher from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta organisation in India. Marion is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E- RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance.
