About the course

Heartfulness Yoga has designed this simple 4-week program to make a difference in the management of diabetes for all who participate. This course is not a replacement of your treatment but should support what you are already doing to control your sugar levels.

Take this 4-week online program: Practice daily Yoga live with a yoga teacher, add breathing techniques and Heartfulness Meditation and other self-care techniques at your own pace. Join our experts in the live webinars every Saturdays and for a live practice.

    Start your day with a simple practice that will shape your day. These sessions are offered live at 7 AM IST. You may view the recording at your own pace. It will support your treatment for diabetes while adding benefits to your overall health.

  • Evening Pranayama & Cleaning

    End your working day with a simple practice to unwind and rejuvenate. This is a recorded session that you can practice at your convenient time. Optimise your potential by letting go of the daily tension. Feel your energy reborn and enjoy your evening.

  • Night Connection & Relaxation

    Deep sleep is the time when the body heals naturally. It is important to prepare for it with a simple practice. Sleep allows your body to integrate and deepen the practice of the day and it shapes the next day. Practice with the guided technique at your own pace.

Yoga Teacher

Sangeeta Padmanabhan

Sangeeta Padmanabhan did her Teachers Training from 'The Yoga Institute', Mumbai in 2005. She has also secured a 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from the Mumbai University. Sangeeta has been teaching classical and therapeutic Yoga in Juhu Mumbai for over fifteen years and wrote on Yoga for health magazines. She started the practice of Heartfulness Meditation in 2010 which she now combines with her experience of Yoga.

Dr. Veronique Nicolai

Véronique Nicolaï is a French Pediatrician (MD), meditation trainer and Yoga instructor (E-RYT500 – RYPT) settled in India with her family since 1999. She started her journey in Yoga with Heartfulness meditation in France as a medical student. Convinced that meditation is one of the simple lifestyle adjustments that can bring about significant change in the field of health, she currently drives Yoga events and courses for the Heartfulness Yoga Academy in Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad, India. She believes that adding yoga as part of the daily routine help children to grow into harmonious, confident and happy beings.

Nutritionist

Swati Thoda

Swati is a reputed Clinical Dietician, a Certified Diabetes Educator, a Certified Lactation Educator, and a Heartfulness Meditation Trainer based in Chembur, Mumbai. She has a successful practice over two decades in the field of dietetics. She has been attached to reputed hospitals and healthcare clinics as a consulting Dietician and Lactation counselor. Swati is currently also gainfully employed in a virtual nutrition counseling company dealing with patient wellness programs as a Nutrition Coordinator - Pregnancy and Lactation Wellness"
